VeinMate Assist is an investigational device and is not approved for sale or clinical use. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, an offer to sell, or a claim of regulatory clearance. All performance figures referenced are engineering targets under validation.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about Forest Bloom and its work on VeinMate Assist for a professional audience, including clinicians, hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, investors, and potential partners. It is intended for information only.
2. Investigational-device notice
VeinMate Assist is under development and is an investigational device. It is not approved, cleared, or certified for sale or clinical use by any regulatory authority, and it is described on this Site as an AI-guided, clinician-executed device — the trained clinician performs every access. Descriptions of features and capabilities reflect the intended design and may change during development.
3. No medical advice
Content on the Site is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and must not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment. Always rely on qualified clinical judgement and applicable standards of care.
4. Forward-looking statements

These are goals and engineering targets under active validation, not guarantees of future results, and are subject to change. Any performance figure is a target under validation and not a published clinical result.

The Site and its contents — including the Forest Bloom and VeinMate Assist names, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, and design — are owned by or licensed to Forest Bloom and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Our design patent is granted in India (Reg. No. 474591-001, issued 20 May 2026), and a utility patent application is filed and pending. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems;
- introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by law; or
- misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.
